Honeymoon Trip II

23rd June 2009 to 26th June 2009

Wifey is having his holidays for two weeks before his school reopens on 29th June Monday. The first week of his holidays was a busy week for me as I need to settle some stuff at work, thus we are not able to go on our second honeymoon. Therefore we planned to go on the second week from Tuesday to Friday (so that I can take a long break from work) and rest during the weekend to recover our energy. The only issue we have before we left is on financial. We are lacking the money to indulge at our second honeymoon location - Phuket.

Air Flight

We booked Tiger Airways for both going and coming back trips. It is a budget airline and we have to go to the new budget terminal to board the airplane. It is the first time for both wifey and me at budget terminal and we like the place. The budget terminal is not big and there are not many shops for buying stuff, but it is considered good for us as we get to eat nice food and we do not have many things to shop and spend money on.

This is my first time taking Tiger Airways. It is quite a good experience for both flights. The aircraft itself is small and looks unstable. On the flight back the aircraft also experienced a little turbulence and felt shaky. However, both flights landed safely and stably. There are no meals provided for both flights as both are short distance flight which last about 100 minutes each. The steward (only one) and stewardesses on board are friendly and smiles all the time. They are also very polite and pretty. Overall, this flight is worth what we paid for.

Accommodation

We booked our stay at Club One Seven. This is a gay hotel which also has a sauna and spa in Singapore. In Singapore, many gay men went to this sauna and spa as it is one of the many that provide really good facilities such as steam room, sauna room and a nice, big Jacuzzi pool. Mostly, gay men visit the sauna and spa to cruise and get laid.

In Phuket, this Club One Seven hotel is not the same as in Singapore as this is a hotel. The main purpose is of course to house visitors and let them have an enjoyable stay. The room is cosy and has a nice balcony. The only sad thing is that there are renovations going on at both sides of the hotel. Thus, the nice facilities available at the hotel turned out to be not as enjoyable. The hotel has a Jacuzzi pool but due to the renovations going on, the pool was pretty dirty. Also, the noise from the renovations and the workers walking around made the area less private as compared to the past.

Me and wifey have to drop the idea to fornicate in the open (one of our sexual fantasies) due to all these distractions. Other than that, the service provided is tip-top. As the place was quite small, the staffs gets to know the guests easily and every time we returned from our sight-seeing outside, the staff will greet us and pass us our room key without having to tell them which room we stayed. Most importantly, we arrived early and the room was ready for us to check-in early. When we leave late (6pm), the staffs also allow us to occupy the room till we leave without any additional charges. Wifey and me are really happy and impressed with such a service. We will definitely give this hotel another consideration after the renovations are completed.

Weather

Well, before I left for Phuket, Andy had told me the place is hot and I totally agree. Can see that Andy looks more tann after he came back and from the pictures he took, the place is really burning. Wifey’s friend, Thomas was there for a week and he warned wifey too of the hot weather and reminded him to bring sun-block. However, during the 4 days we are there, two of the days were raining heavily in the morning, which kinds of ruined our plans to get a nice suntan in the morning before we head for shopping and massage in the afternoon. Nonetheless, we enjoyed every single second we are there despite the weather, and most of the time, it was still hot and sunny, allowing both me and wifey to get a nice tann.

Food

Well, we are in Thailand and thus, the food we ate are really nice Thai food. Most of the time we ate at the food court at Jungceylon, a new shopping mall in Phuket. This food court allows only cash card payment which they provide the card while the rest top-up the amount. The food there are of reasonable price though they are considered twice more expensive compared to the street food. The advantage is that the place is fully air-con, and more comfortable. Best of all, a lot of choices which allows us to choose without having to walk many streets to find what we want.

The pricing of other non-Thai food are not cheap. They are of almost equal price to those of Singapore. When we are there, we also indulged in many ice-cream treats. Of course, those are considered as healthy ice-cream and we had at least one per day. We also tried the fast food Burger King which has the Rodeo Burger that Singapore no longer has. We also went Starbucks to eat Strawberry Crepe Cake which Singapore does not have at all. One of the nights, we went for street food, which is really cheap and tasty. Throughout the whole trip, we did not eat at any restaurant partly because we are broke and lacking money, but we did really enjoy majority of the food we ate at Phuket.

Entertainment

There are actually a lot of entertainment that me and wifey can sign up for such as Bungy Jump, visit to several islands such as James Bond Island, Phi Phi Island etc, but we did not. I personally did not find such visits exciting. We also did not go for snorkelling trip as I will prefer to bring wifey to Redang Island if he wants to experience snorkelling. Instead, most of the time we were walking to explore the different shops and streets at Phuket. We also went for two movies, Transformers and Up. Most importantly, we signed up for the famous Phuket Fantasea show which really gives us a great night of entertainment.

Wifey and me also went to the gay area to have a look on our first night. It was actually pretty boring as the ‘boys’ are not active (guess it is due to a weekday) and most importantly, they are not even cute or having a nice built. Most of them are actually gross to me and I am quite happy to leave the area soonest possible. And seriously, I will not even give any consideration to try their saunas or spas or massages provided at that area.

Massages

Well, this is one of the most important enjoyment one must get in Phuket. However, there are too many providers and mostly are seeking ‘extra services’ to provide for customers so that they can earn the extra money. There are females and also males who seek to provide such services. I am not really interested to get any ‘extra service’ and hope to find a really good masseuer who can helped me loosen my bones and muscles. The Club One Seven staff had recommended a good one, C-&-N hotel massage. This massage is also been accredited and thus they provide only massage service and nothing else.

On the second day of our trip, we visited this C-&-N and tried it out their oil massage. It was seriously good and both me and wifey were very pleased, happy and enjoyed the massage thoroughly. The strength was constant and powerful. Wifey fell asleep during the massage while I keep myself awake to enjoy every single moment. The massage was so good that at the end of the massage, we gave a tip to both massaeuger who service us. We also returned on the last day of our trip to have a package of the massage. As for third day, I will describe later. The last day, both me and wifey took a package that consist of 30 minutes body scrub, 60 minutes of massage (I chose Aloe Vera Massage while wifey chose Sports Massage), followed by another 60 minutes of foot reflexology massage.

This is the first time I tried body scrub and the feeling was ‘oh my god’ nice. For once I felt the effect of rough rubbing as if having sand rubbing all over but the feeling was not pain and instead only comfortable, shiok and damn enjoyable. Moreover, the lotion was been heated up and when rubbed all over the body, I felt so warm and nice. It is such a formidable combination, no wonder a lot of ladies like to go for body scrub. I also like it after the first trial and will sure go for it again whenever I have the chance. The Aloe Vera Massage was just as great as the oil massage on the second day. I tried to keep awake but fell asleep halfway. As described earlier on, the strength used is powerful and constant. I can really feel myself relaxed and every muscles and bones in my body loosen up. Wifey’s Sports Massage was great too, although I cannot see or feel, but I can hear wifey’s bone cracking sound when the massueger massage wifey.

The last part was the most exciting, foot reflexology massage. I am very sensitive to pain especially at my foot. This is not the first time I had foot reflex and I love and hate this pain I get from it. I love it because it is shiok but I hate it because it is pain, overall, it is painfully shiok (I sound like a saddist). But I really have to take my hat off to the masseuger, after massaging me and wifey (separate masseguer) for a good 90 minutes, they are still able to apply force and skill during the food reflexology massage. Although I felt painful when in the process, I was actually enjoying it a lot and at the end of the session, both me and wifey felt very light-weighted and as if we are in heaven. This is certainly a place where we will recommend to whoever wants proper massage services at Phuket.

For the second day in Phuket, we visited another massage area called Let’s Relax. This is considered as high-class massage place where they provide the service more tip-top than the other massage place we went. The price is more than twice of what we paid also. When we first go in, we were served to select the type of massage we want. Once decided, we were given slippers and a cup of tea before they usher us to our private room. We have to take a lift (yes they have their own private lift in their massage house) to the second storey to go to our room. There, we were given robes to wear and also disposable underwear to change into so that our own underwear will not get dirty. There is also a bath area for us to clean ourselves up before the massage. The massage oil was individual and new bottle, where we can take it back with us if unfinished.

The massage skill wise is pretty similar as we both ordered aromatherapy message. Thus, they are not supposed to use too much strength on us. The purpose is to have the massage oil all over our body and let our body absorb the oil to make us relax. Both of us chose lemongrass odour as it is the best choice among all. After the massage, we were also given a biscuit and tea before we left the place.

Overall, the service is nicer and better, making one feel like a kind. Skill wise I do prefer C-&-N as they are able to massage with more strength and pressing the pressure points effectively. Me and wifey also decided that if we ever go back again, we will visit C-&-N again daily to have a good massage.

Shopping

It is something unplanned for as we are on a budgeted trip. However, my salary came in on the third day of the trip, thus allowing me and wifey to spend and do light shopping. I managed to get myself a new bag to use for work and also gotten my mother an ELLE bag for her to use when she goes out. Wifey did not manage to get too much stuff as the clothing he wants does not have his size. In the end, he got himself a pair of new jeans only. For me wise, wifey chose a new pair of berms for me, two long sleeves and one short sleeve T-shirts. We also chose a top for June, my new colleague as a birthday present.

We also managed to get some gifts for our family members. Wifey bought dried food back for his mom and cousins. He also bought elephant coin pouches for MIL to distribute to whoever she wants to. For me, I bought wooden bookmarks for all my nephew and nieces as a present. I also bought incenses for colleagues from Dreams. Other than that we did not buy any other stuff as our bags are full. Overall, we did have a great time shopping after the third day of the trip.

Expenditures

Initially we only planned $1000 in total for our trip, including flight. However, knowing myself and wifey, we are bound to exceed that amount of money. Below is the estimated amount we spent in total for the whole trip (to the best of my memories).

Well, although we have exceeded our expenditure (thanks to my salary on third day), both of us are very happy to spend the four days together. We really spend quality time outside the hotel eating, shopping, teasing each other, massage, and other forms of entertainment. Inside the hotel, although we did not make-love every single night, we did always fornicate and fore-play with each other. We are also able to shower together everyday and hug each other to sleep.

22nd Anniversary

12th June 2009

Finally, it’s the day of the month again. Today is me and wifey’s 22nd month anniversary. The only difference is that I am busy with work (Jurong area) while wifey is having his attachment at CDC till 9pm.

Well, since it’s our anniversary, of course we will be doing something. Well, it’s late at night so we can’t go shopping. Food wise, not much nice food in that area near CDC thus we made an alternative.

Well, above second paragraph is a lie. We made plans already for this day. We were both HONRY and we of course planned to go H81 for a good fuck!!! The only alternative is that I thought we are going Kovan H81 but wifey had everything planned out already and we walked to the nearest H81 at Balestial, which is about 10 minutes walk.

Of course the process of our love-making will not be mentioned here again. All I can say is OTT!

After our love-making we took a cab home. I had previously made a card and put inside the letter box, which wifey did not know of cos. I just pretend to peep in and asked him to clear the ‘rubbish’ inside so that he opened the letter box and retrieved the card.

It is supposed to be a happy thingy the whole day and it is. Until the very next day when wifey discovered that he dropped his coach wrist pouch in the cabby that we took. The saddest thing of all is that our wedding ring is inside. It is the third ring and it is once again gone. Guess it’s an omen that we should change a new wedding ring and let this current design retire.

Car and Condo

7th June 2009

The past seven days has been a very experiential week for me. My sister is out of town and she left me the keys to her condo as well as her car. Simply to say, I will be living a week of my life as condo owner and a Corolla Altis driver!!

However, this one week is really expensive. Maintaining a car is really something for the rich. Petrol and parking alone cost me approximately $200 for just the seven days owning the car. It is a good experience though to prepare for future if I intend to own a car.

The best thing out of the whole week is convenience. I get to either send wifey to work in the early morning, if not get to send wifey home from work at late night. Best of all, wifey gets to stay overnight with me in the condo over the weekend. Although this is supposed to be a good thing but it was not exactly a happen stay over. I had wanted to spend the whole night hugging and cuddling wifey to sleep but somehow, there were last minute plans.

The first night that wifey stayed over, we slept late. Partly because wifey was not tire. I felt asleep early around 1am in the morning. Wifey was still serving the net as he can’t get to sleep. I also did not know what time he sleeps but by the time we woke up, he needs to leave for home already; else my MIL will be nagging at him.


The second night which was also the last night, we were invited to go clubbing to celebrate Faridah’s birthday. Same, it lasted till the next day morning about 6am. It was supposed to end around 3am but his friend Gabby was in some kind of trouble and by the time all of us save her, and send her back home, it was early morning. We only managed to catch a few hours sleep before I sent him home to rest.

One week of privileges, two nights of sleepovers, but not to my expectations. I felt that such a chance is rare to come by and wifey has not been sensitive and give me any priorities to spend time together. Seriously, when I get to know I have access to Condo and car, all I wished for is to spend the whole day and night at home to watch TV, take a nap, and tease each other. Once in a while can just drive out to look for food, then perhaps light window shopping before going back home to laze in bed and cuddle. Hope the next time when such a chance comes again, I can fulfill my wish.
