Today is Christmas. Today I am meeting wifey. Today I feel happy and excited.
I woke up early to prepare myself and leave house early so that I will not be late. This is important because wifey cannot stay out for too long today and I want to spend as much time as possible with him on this day. I reached wifey’s void deck 15 minutes earlier before our agreed time to meet and waited patiently for wifey. When he came, we proceed to Tampines Central to search for food.
We decided to have our breakfast at Café Cartel as the food is nice and most importantly the price is right. We spend our time eating slowly and having light conversations. After we finished our breakfast, we proceed on to catch the movie Twilight at Golden Village.
After the movie, we walked around the shopping mall and wifey bought some key-chains as Christmas presents for his close kakis a.k.a. ‘sisters’. After that I send wifey home and head home to help wifey wrap the Christmas presents.
Although the time spent today with wifey is short, I am very happy already. At least I get to spend Christmas with the person I loved most in my life; I should really be feeling blessed and lucky already. I hope wifey felt the same too.
