I had planned to go for gym today since I have not been working out for almost two weeks but I ended up meeting wifey after work to look for a nice bed at Courts Tampines. It is alright for me as I have always place wifey and his needs above most of the things and going to gym will never be more important than my wifey.
When I arrived at Tampines, wifey just finished his makan session with his classmate Nad. We waved Nad goodbye as we proceed to queue for the shuttle bus to Courts. The queue was freaking long and the bus was really slow. We waited for almost 30 minutes and there is still no sight of the bus coming. We then hailed a cab to our destination instead.

We first went to IKEA food court as I was really hungry but the place was so full we cannot even find an empty seat to have dinner together. Thus we just buy a hotdog and two curry puff with drinks to take away as we proceed to Courts. The hotdog and curry puff only managed to delay my hunger for a short while.
We went straight to the department where they display the different bed types and we try on the bed by sitting on them. I had wanted to get the firmest mattress for wifey as I always assume that the firmer the better. After much browsing, one of the sales person helped us by introducing us a not so firm yet not so hard bed for us to try on and wifey was pretty satisfy with it.
However the sales person was kind of naggy and long-winded trying to sell us the bed and introducing how good the quality is of that brand, Sealy. Wifey had heard of this brand before and knew that it is in face a brand of quality. We already knew what we wanted for wifey and secretly get the model number and sms to his cousin who works at Courts.
According to his cousin, she can help wifey get 25% off the price that is now selling. In total, the mattress is 600 dollars plus while the divan for that mattress is 300 dollars plus, adding up to almost a thousand dollars. After the discount the total is only about 750 and I thought that is a reasonable price for a good quality bed.
After getting the information of the bed we wanted we head back to IKEA food court and have our dinner. We bumped into Evelyn and after dinner we said hello to them before we head off. While traveling down the escalator, wifey kissed me on my lips and I was so happy. Able to kiss him in public kind of make me feel important in his life. We hailed a cab and head home.
While taking lift up, we hugged and kissed madly. Our hands are over each other as we kissed.
